Warehouse Associate – Picking, Packing & RF Scanning (Apparel Distribution)

Location: Sparks, NV (Near Vista Blvd)
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a clothing distribution center in Sparks. This position involves sorting, picking, folding, and packing apparel items using RF scanners. Candidates must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and sort clothing items accurately based on customer orders using RF scanners

• Fold garments neatly for packing and shipment

• Pack and label apparel products securely and according to guidelines

• Ensure merchandise is handled with care and accuracy

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and documenting incoming and outgoing inventory

• Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect products

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Cross-train on other warehouse tasks as needed

• Support onboarding of new warehouse team members

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the full shift

• Experience with RF scanners and general warehouse operations preferred

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Previous warehouse or clothing distribution experience is a plus
