Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Lead to oversee daily operations and guide a team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team during assigned shifts

Ensure team members follow proper procedures, safety protocols, and company policies

Train new employees and provide ongoing support and coaching

Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust staffing as needed

Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and performance

Act as the main point of contact between team members and supervisors/managers

Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations

Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets company standards

Communicate shift updates and report any problems or incidents to management
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a lead, supervisor, or team coordinator role

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus (if applicable)
