Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Lead to oversee daily operations and guide a team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team during assigned shifts

• Ensure team members follow proper procedures, safety protocols, and company policies

• Train new employees and provide ongoing support and coaching

• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust staffing as needed

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and performance

• Act as the main point of contact between team members and supervisors/managers

• Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations

• Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets company standards

• Communicate shift updates and report any problems or incidents to management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a lead, supervisor, or team coordinator role

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus (if applicable)

• Knowledge of [insert specific tools/systems, e.g., warehouse operations, janitorial standards, production equipment] preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time; schedule depends on shift and department needs

• May require overtime, weekends, or flexible hours based on workload
