Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
A Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting daily operations in a fast-paced food distribution fulfillment center. This position involves assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic math knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately enter and process orders into the system
• Communicate order status, delivery updates, and any delays to customers
• Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist in preparing shipping and inventory documents
• Perform other administrative or support duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience (preferably in logistics, warehouse, or food distribution)
• Basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentages)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, order entry systems)
• Must be available to work Sunday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, with schedule flexibility as needed
