We’re seeking motivated Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operators to join a leading manufacturer of bathroom tissue, facial tissue, and paper towel products. What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload goods from trucks and vans efficiently and safely
• Move palletized products within the storage facility
• Stack goods correctly in designated storage bays, following inventory instructions
• Ensure loads are secure and properly arranged
• Stack empty pallets and perform daily equipment inspections
• Remove waste material from machinery
• Inspect products to meet quality standards
• Use RF/UPC scanner guns to keep track of inventory accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good math, reading, and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 1 year of forklift experience (roll grab and box clamp experience is a plus)
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely and efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with RF/UPC scanners
• Additional forklift attachments expertise

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of related warehouse or manufacturing experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work any shift as needed
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized workspace
• Reliable transportation
