We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and preparation of cold gel packs and shipment boxes in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and preparation of cold gel packs and shipment boxes in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and prepare cold gel bags according to company standards
- Assemble and package shipping boxes with gel bags and foam materials
- Prepare customer orders for shipment and distribution
- Label, organize, and stage completed orders for shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Warehouse and manufacturing environment
- May involve repetitive tasks and exposure to cold products/materials
