Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $15 per hour 

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable individual to assist with general warehouse upkeep and support daily operations. This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while handling basic material tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance inside the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

• Keep exterior areas clear of debris, glass, and trash.

• Prep and strip stretch wrap from pallets as needed.

• Clean up spilled or damaged pallets and restack materials safely.

• Stretch-wrap finished pallets for shipment.

• Remove and dispose of damaged inventory properly.

• Install air bags in loaded trailers to secure freight.

• Assist with repack and rework projects as needed.

• Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable personal transportation to ensure flexibility in reporting to any of the company’s nearby work sites as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Dependable with strong attention to detail.

• Must follow all safety rules and procedures.
