Job Title: Picker/Packer

Job Summary

Partners Personnel is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers for a warehouse in Moreno Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or RF scanners.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Label and prepare shipments according to company guidelines.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before packing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
