NOW HIRING: Machine Operator – Fruit Company (Riverside, CA) 

We are currently seeking a Skilled Machine Operator for a fruit company in Riverside! This is a great opportunity for someone experienced, hands-on, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Overview

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating two sizer machines and accumulation hoppers, ensuring smooth production flow and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automatic machine operation experience
• Experience with HMI operation
• Knowledge of automatic conveyor systems
• Ability to read and write (English required, Spanish is a plus)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong decision-making skills
• Initiative to make process improvements when needed
• Hands-on and proactive approach
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Leadership skills are a plus
• Flexible availability (mornings & evenings)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in ambient weather conditions
• Must be available for 1st and 2nd shift

Compensation

$22.00 – $27.00 per hour (DOE)
