Job Title: Computer Quality Control (QC) Specialist
Location: Riverside
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM-5:30PM  

We are currently seeking a reliable candidate to join our team as a Computer Quality Control Specialist for one of our clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every computer leaving our repair center meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quality checks on repaired computer systems (hardware and software).

• Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from specs.

• Conduct functional testing to ensure all components operate correctly.

• Collaborate with technicians to resolve quality issues.

• Maintain clear and accurate records of all QC findings and processes.

• Provide ongoing feedback to help improve repair procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.

• Strong understanding of computer hardware/software.

• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

• Good communication skills for working with the repair team.

• Prior experience in QC or a technical repair environment preferred.

• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check
