Looking for a steady Monday–Friday schedule and an opportunity to learn a new skill? We’re hiring Machine Operators for a premier Richmond manufacturer specializing in high-quality envelope printing and converting.
NO MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.
We will train the right candidate who is dependable, motivated, and ready to learn.
PAY: $16.00/hour + Weekly Pay
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday |
IMPORTANT: Training will take place on 1st shift before transitioning to the permanent overnight schedule.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Feed materials into manufacturing equipment
- Pack finished envelopes into cartons
- Assist with clearing machine jams and troubleshooting
- Support machine setup and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Help keep production running safely and efficiently
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Production or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Mechanical or troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to pass a basic ruler and math test
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and bending for extended periods
- Able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
