Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are now hiring Wire Technicians for a warehouse facility in Reno, NV! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse experience who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Summary:
The Wire Technician is responsible for accurately processing wire orders, operating wire-cutting equipment, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read order specifications, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret wire order specifications and customer requirements
• Operate wire-cutting and measuring equipment to process orders accurately
• Verify wire lengths and machine readings to ensure order accuracy
• Cut, package, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and compliance
• Install and crimp pulling heads when required
• Perform advanced wire processing tasks including wire paralleling and stacking
• Assist with handling, cutting, and sealing specialized cable products
• Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage areas
• Operate forklifts safely and assist with material movement as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Cross-train in additional warehouse functions as required

Job Requirements:
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience working with wire, electrical products, construction materials, or distribution environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift, pull, and move up to 30 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk throughout the shift
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and forklifts
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
