Position Summary
Security Fence Company is seeking a sharp, forward-thinking Purchasing & Inventory Control Specialist 
to lead material purchasing, inventory accuracy, and inventory management processes as we transition 
to a new ERP system.
This role is central to establishing disciplined inventory controls, standardized purchasing workflows, and 
accurate data that support production, installation, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is 
analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a hands-on operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Supplier Management
• Serve as the central purchaser for approved materials, components, and supplies
• Process and monitor purchase orders based on inventory levels, usage trends, and direction, to 
ensure timely material availability
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure delivery commitments and quality standards are met
• Maintain supplier and item master records within the ERP system
• Resolve material availability, delivery, and invoice discrepancies 
• Support supplier negotiations in coordination with leadership to achieve cost efficiency and 
reliability 
• Evaluate and consolidate suppliers where appropriate to improve efficiency and consistenc
