Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight from trailers and containers manually.
• Sort, stack, palletize, and organize products according to customer or warehouse requirements.
• Shrink-wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
• Inspect products for visible damage and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or lumper experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
