Job Summary: The Production Team Lead will participate in and oversee the manufacturing and packaging activities under the direction of the Associate Operations Manager.

Essential Functions:

· Must maintain a professional attitude and standard at all times.

· Able to motivate, lead and conduct training for assigned team of 3-5 production associates.

· Completes release plans and assigns personnel to manufacture devices based on customer demand, including packaging in a controlled environment.

· Completes in-process quality assurance inspections.

· Completes appropriate documentation for product release processes.

· Assigns and participates in order fulfillment activities

· Verifies accuracy of documentation prior to devices being placed into inventory

· Track Key Performance Indicators and present to management on daily, weekly, monthly basis

· Identify, evaluate and develop recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities to help the company achieve its goal of world-class quality and efficiency

Education/Experience Requirements:

· Ability to read, write and speak English

· Some college coursework preferred

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds

· Computer skills required (ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)

· Two years of production lead experience required

· Familiarity with medical device manufacturing and ISO/FDA regulations preferred
