Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials

Load and unload trucks and stage materials for shipment

Maintain accurate inventory through RF scanning and documentation

Inspect equipment daily and report any issues or safety concerns

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (e.g., picking, packing, palletizing)
Requirements:

Proven experience operating a stand-up reach forklift

Valid forklift certification (or willingness to certify prior to start)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures

Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Preferred:

Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
