Job Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate:
$17 - $19/hour

Schedules:

• Monday - Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Perform moderately complex and intricate assembly operations and processes with precision.
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and ensuring subassemblies meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly instructions.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring equipment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in production or warehouse settings is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
