Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly by performing various tasks related to order fulfillment, quality control, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Mark and label containers, tags, or products for easy identification.
• Measure, weigh, and count products/materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct inspections to ensure packing specifications are met and perform quality control checks.
• Record product, packaging, and order details on specified forms.
• Safely seal containers and materials using tools and adhesives.
• Load materials and products into processing equipment for shipment.
• Assemble and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, containers, and materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to follow basic instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs.
• Capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or lifting throughout the shift.
