• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks desired

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with order processing software like ShipStation
• Event representation experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Other Requirements:

• Occasional travel to local trade shows and events
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including some potential weekends or holidays
