Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing production uptime and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will interpret maintenance data and lead maintenance projects, fostering a culture of efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mold changes and complete line set-ups in a timely manner.
• Utilize hands-on processing skills for mold startup, sampling, troubleshooting, and cycle optimization.
• Conduct visual and auditory inspections of machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Dismantle, repair, and install parts on equipment, following precise specifications and blueprints.
• Monitor equipment performance, managing scrap rates, downtime, and machine utilization.
• Identify potential equipment and facility issues and report them promptly.
• Adhere to all product safety regulations as per the SQF code.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support team goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of plastic conveying, blending systems, compressed air, and water systems.
• Able to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Committed to maintaining company policies and meeting industry standards.
• Flexibility to work overtime for emergency repairs.
• Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to communicate effectively in English.
