Job Title: General Labor 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $17.00

Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer on the 1st Shift and play a vital role in our warehouse operations! In this position, you’ll contribute significantly to our ongoing success by efficiently handling various tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. Your efforts will not only help keep the warehouse organized, but also ensure that our products are shipped safely and on time. Responsibilities:
You’ll be diving into a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Handling corrugated boxes for clamp drivers and scanning them into our inventory system using a scanner and software.
• Receiving and meticulously tracking shipments to ensure everything arrives as expected.
• Carefully accommodating fragile merchandise and ensuring it’s tagged, labeled, and stored properly according to size, shape, and type.
• Boxing, wrapping, and packing items in compliance with our relevant procedures and standards.
• Preparing all orders for shipment to keep our customers happy.
• Recording and managing any impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Entering data into our inventory and logistics software programs to keep everything up to date.
• Keeping the warehouse tidy by cleaning dock areas and assigned aisles in accordance with warehouse policy.
• Complying with all safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Required Skills:

• Experience in warehouse operations or general labor.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and have a good level of physical stamina.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using inventory and logistics software or willingness to learn quickly.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with handling fragile items.
• Previous experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work 1st shift; availability on weekends may be necessary.
• Ability to adhere to all safety protocols.
