Job Title: Waterspider – General Labor (Warehouse)
Location: North Las Vegas
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Shift Team 1 – Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (Peak Season)

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Waterspiders (General Laborers) during our peak season. This role plays a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring work areas are stocked with materials and supplies needed to maintain production flow.

As a Waterspider, you must be comfortable with being on your feet, walking, and moving continuously for 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport materials, products, and supplies throughout the warehouse to support different departments

• Keep workstations stocked and organized to prevent downtime

• Assist with general labor tasks such as unpacking, sorting, labeling, and stacking

• Ensure clean and safe working conditions at all times

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and move for 12-hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as needed

• Willingness to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be 18 years or older
