Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented B2B Administrator to join our team at our Las Vegas, NV fulfillment center. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing and optimizing Business-to-Business (B2B) operations, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routing & Scheduling: Manage the end-to-end B2B process, including routing incoming orders and coordinating pickup scheduling with business partners.
  • Drive the order closing process within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Print and prepare all required order documentation, including labels, pick sheets, packing instructions, and related materials.
  • Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound freight shipments.
  • Utilize and maintain integration platforms to support seamless data exchange with B2B partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries, resolving issues and fostering strong partner relationships.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure order accuracy and compliance with established standards; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the B2B workflow and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate B2B records and generate reports to evaluate performance and support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse associates, logistics teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth B2B operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
  • Experience with routing systems such as Logicbroker, Bluejay, and Target TMS.
  • Proficiency with WMS and integration platforms; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to work occasional extended hours or weekends as business needs require.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to transport up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and perform effectively under pressure in high-volume environments.
  • Ability to work in a distribution center environment, including exposure to varying heights, temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
