Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), energetic, and people-oriented individual to join our staffing agency team. This position serves as the first point of contact for applicants and is responsible for supporting the recruiting team in processing candidates and placing people into jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in applicants in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Conduct initial applicant screenings, assist with applications, and gather required documentation.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Input and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist recruiters with job placements, including verifying candidate availability and confirming assignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants, employees, and clients.
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, staffing, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
  • Flexible schedule and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
