Material Handler

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations: Efficiently perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and freight staging to maintain seamless warehouse flow.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, audit inventory accuracy, and manage tote induction and staging of products to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Documentation & Compliance: Handle daily warehouse paperwork, including picking sheets, bills of lading, and return documentation, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• System Support: Provide technical support and perform basic maintenance on automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Performance Standards: Consistently meet or exceed performance measurement guidelines outlined in the contract.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements is preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse logistics and forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
