Job Purpose:

To ensure the accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to support the timely delivery of Sicame’s electrical components and equipment to customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items accurately from stock using pick lists, scanners.

• Pack orders securely and in line with company standards to prevent damage during transit.

• Label packages correctly and prepare for dispatch, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.

• Use handheld scanners or other stock management tools to record inventory movements.

• Perform quality checks to ensure items match order specifications and are free from defects.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries when required.

• Notify supervisors of any stock discrepancies, damages, or low inventory.

• Follow all company policies, including safety and operational procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment preferred.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.

• Strong team player with good time management and communication skills.
