Job Purpose:
To ensure the accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to support the timely delivery of Sicame’s electrical components and equipment to customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick items accurately from stock using pick lists, scanners.

Pack orders securely and in line with company standards to prevent damage during transit.

Label packages correctly and prepare for dispatch, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.

Use handheld scanners or other stock management tools to record inventory movements.

Perform quality checks to ensure items match order specifications and are free from defects.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries when required.

Notify supervisors of any stock discrepancies, damages, or low inventory.

Follow all company policies, including safety and operational procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

Physically fit and able to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.

Strong team player with good time management and communication skills.
