Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of clerical and data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and customer records.
Key Responsibilities:

Scan checks and post payments to customer accounts with a high level of accuracy

Perform miscellaneous filing tasks and maintain organized physical records

Organize and maintain digital files and financial documents

Accurately enter data into internal systems and spreadsheets

Support the accounting team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred, especially in an accounting or finance setting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and time management skills
