Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of clerical and data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan checks and post payments to customer accounts with a high level of accuracy

  • Perform miscellaneous filing tasks and maintain organized physical records

  • Organize and maintain digital files and financial documents

  • Accurately enter data into internal systems and spreadsheets

  • Support the accounting team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred, especially in an accounting or finance setting

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
