Job Summary:
As a Parts Clerk, you will work in a team-oriented environment under the direction of the Supply Chain Logistics Analyst II. This role will involve managing incoming parts, inventory control, and assisting with various supply chain logistics processes. You must be reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in received parts and catalog them using various software tools.
• Sort materials as required and maintain an organized workspace.
• Provide clear two-way communication with suppliers.
• Assist with inventory control for different programs.
• Assist with the shipping of outgoing batteries as required.
• Build parts kits for the programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to enter information into proprietary software.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Good team player who can assist and support fellow team members.
• Understanding of basic office equipment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, and climb.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willingness to perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
