Required Skills:
- Proficient operation of CNC milling and lathe machines
- Solid understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to perform in-process inspections and maintain strict quality control
- Skilled in troubleshooting equipment and resolving tooling issues
- Experience with loading tools and parts accurately and maintaining organized workspaces
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
