Required Skills:

• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of production experience
• Assembly line experience
• Proficiency in packaging and labeling processes
• Strong ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic reading and writing skills; bilingual is preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Capability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Flexibility to rotate within departments as needed
• Willingness to work overtime
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently and reach overhead

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance
• Team leadership or mentoring experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing role or related field

Other Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions
• Must be able to work the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks consistently
