Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Operator
Location: Monroe Township, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.00 to $19.00 hours

Shift Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Mid Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring skilled Shipping and Receiving Operator Operators to join a fast-paced and safety-focused warehouse team. Ideal candidates will have experience operating various types of forklifts, including Cherry Picker, Stand-Up, Sit-Down, and Turret. Operators with Turret experience are eligible for premium pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts including cherry picker, stand-up, sit-down, and turret trucks

• Accurately pick, move, stack, and stage materials using RF scanners or inventory systems

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues promptly

• Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures at all times

• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area

• Support other warehouse functions as required

Pay Information

• Base Pay: Competitive, based on experience and shift

• Turret Operator – 1st Shift Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour (higher rates for other shifts may apply)

• Eligible for a $500 bonus after 120 days post-conversion for Material Operators (M.O.s)

Requirements

• Experience operating at least one of the following forklifts: cherry picker, stand-up, sit-down, turret

• Turret truck operation experience strongly preferred for premium pay

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
