Job Title: Warehouse Machine Operator

Location: Monroe Township, NJ

Pay Rates by Shift:

• 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM): $18.00/hour

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM): $18.50/hour

• 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $19.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are hiring Warehouse Machine Operators to join our team in Monroe Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating machinery and equipment used in warehouse production or packaging processes. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machines such as palletizers, wrappers, presses, or production line equipment

• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods

• Monitor machinery for safe and efficient operation

• Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow daily production schedules and meet performance targets

• Comply with all safety protocols, including proper PPE use

• Accurately complete paperwork or use scanning equipment for inventory tracking

• Assist with basic machine maintenance or troubleshooting as needed
