Job Title: General Labor – Multiple Shifts Available

Location: Monroe Township, NJ

Pay Rates by Shift:

• 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM): $10.00/hour

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM): $17.50/hour

• 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $18.00/hour

Job Overview:

We are hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Monroe Township, NJ. This is a hands-on position involving physical work such as loading, unloading, organizing materials, and maintaining clean workspaces. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, pallets, and products

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks

• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

• Perform other labor-related duties as assigned by supervisor

• Work efficiently to meet daily production or warehouse goals

• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs (with or without assistance)
