Job Title: Production Associate

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Production Associate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our operations in a cold or refrigerated setting. In this role, you’ll be responsible for various physical tasks that are essential to our daily workflow, including loading, unloading, and organizing products while ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move products and materials efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and organize items for storage or shipment.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas, following all safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Cold or refrigerated temperatures (protective clothing provided).
• Engage in standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Enjoy a physically demanding, fast-paced work atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in cold conditions for extended hours.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 lbs (with or without assistance).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time options, including potential weekends and early morning or overnight shifts.
