We are currently sourcing for a warehouse lead for a warehouse fulfillment center in Fremont!

Job Title: Warehouse Lead Associate

Schedule: Monday - Friday; days & hours may vary!

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, including pulling, packing, and staging materials.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and stock control.
• Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to speak, read, and write English for communication and training purposes.
• Previous warehouse experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

- Speak, read, write English to be able to communicate work directions

- Lift up to 50 pounds.

- Stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, push, pull.
