Job Title: Partnership Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00/hour

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Partnership Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our workforce for a designated client. As the primary liaison between the branch, associates, and customers, you'll support operations, foster client satisfaction, and drive growth within our Premier Partner Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work full-time onsite to support client operations.
• Manage and nurture the associate workforce with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
• Onboard, coach, and communicate effectively with associates.
• Assist in recruiting to meet client staffing needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate and punctual payroll submissions.
• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and observations.
• Implement retention programs and gather associate feedback through surveys.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs); present updates and business reviews to clients.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client leadership and associates.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.
• Promote company values to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Windows applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual candidates preferred based on market needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
