Job Summary:
Partners Personnel is seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth production operations by operating equipment, stacking product, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production line equipment.

Stack and palletize finished products.

Inspect products for quality and proper labeling.

Record daily production data and packaging waste.

Follow all Food Safety Handling Procedures and company safety policies.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor repairs.
