Job Title: Forklift Operator – First Shift
Location: Compton, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: First Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team in Carson, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering competitive pay of $19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse and production area.
• Load and unload trucks and containers using the forklift.
• Stack products and materials in designated storage areas.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Safely follow all company procedures and guidelines for forklift operation.
• Assist with inventory management, including organizing and labeling products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet productivity goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum 6 months preferred).
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
