Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and efficient service. You will assist with various logistics functions, including order tracking, shipment inquiries, and resolving any customer-related issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Process orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Provide information regarding product availability, order status, and shipping details.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate and ensure smooth shipment deliveries.
• Update and maintain customer accounts and records in our system.
• Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while assisting customers.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
