Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Assemble small or delicate components with precision
- Use tools such as tweezers, soldering irons, or microscopes as needed
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to quality
- Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Support production goals and maintain a clean, organized work area
Job Requirements
- •Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with small parts or delicate components
- Soldering or PCB experience is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic manufacturing processes
- Willingness to follow quality control procedures and learn machine operation
- Comfortable in a cleanroom or controlled environment, if required
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
