Job Title: Warehouse Associate with Customer Service
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Part Time 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with Customer Service responsibilities to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV. This is a will-call position that involves managing daily warehouse tasks while serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling paperwork and customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients at the warehouse will-call area

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer orders efficiently and courteously

• Process and manage all associated paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy

• Verify customer information, inventory data, and shipping documentation

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Support inventory control efforts, including stocking, labeling, and order picking

• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding orders and client needs

• Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or customer service experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Warehouse setting with frequent interaction with clients
