Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Start Date: Start Date 06/09/2025
Start Time/Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (with possible overtime and weekends if needed)
Reporting To: Drape Department (may be switched to other departments as needed)
Pay Rate: $15hr
 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our operations in the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that may include lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for extended periods of time. The role will primarily focus on folding and pulling drape orders, with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
• Lift, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Fold and pull drape orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as required, which may include sorting, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed to complete tasks.
• Assist in moving products and materials as directed by the supervisor.
• Be prepared to work overtime or weekends as necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Flexibility to switch between departments as needed.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

• On your first day, the supervisor assigned to you will provide access to the building entrance and introduce you to your direct report at 7:00 a.m.
• Hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime and weekend work as needed based on operational demands.
