Job Title: General Labor / Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Position Type: Full-time (Temp-to-hire potential based on performance and attendance)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday (with possible overtime as needed)
Shift times may vary depending on operational needs

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor / Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves material handling, order fulfillment, inventory support, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to company standards

• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization

• Prepare shipments and ensure proper labeling and documentation

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned work areas

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations or willingness to learn

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures

• May involve repetitive tasks, bending, lifting, and extended standing
