Job Title: Forklift and Reach/Standup Operator
Location: 7050 Lindell Road
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift and Reach/Standup Operator to join our warehouse team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our daily warehouse operations by efficiently handling the movement, storage, and organization of products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating material handling equipment and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using forklift and reach/standup equipment.

• Accurately pull and prepare daily orders for shipment.

• Offload ocean containers, ensuring items are properly accounted for and stored.

• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse racking systems.

• Ensure proper placement and labeling of stock in designated locations.

• Comply with all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating forklifts and reach/standup equipment is required.

• Proven ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Must be able to pass a background check, E-Verify, and drug screening.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
