Required Skills:
- Proven problem-solving abilities including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions

- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability within fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in quality assurance or auditing within manufacturing or production environments advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on rotation at different sites (no travel outside of work hours required)
- Capability to stand or sit for extended durations
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Compliance with safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in production areas
