Warehouse Facilities Clerk (1st Shift)

Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Facilities Clerks to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in warehouse operations.

In this role, you will support warehouse cleanliness, recycling efforts, and waste disposal while assisting with pallet organization and operating warehouse equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of cardboard, trash, and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse work areas, offices, break rooms, restrooms, loading docks, and parking lot.
• Remove trash from warehouse bays and underneath pallet storage areas.
• Assist with pallet organization and maintain pallet flow for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse clerks and forklift operators when products need to be moved.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including:
  • Cardboard baler
  • Trash compactor
  • Floor scrubber
  • Motorized conveyor
  • Pallet wrapper
• Follow all company safety procedures and recycling guidelines.
• Perform additional warehouse housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position—warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, squat, stoop, push, and pull.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
