The role involves:
- Operating Wire EDM machines to produce precision components.
- Reading engineering drawings/prints and following specifications and tolerances.
- Loading and unloading raw material into the machine.
- Setting up and monitoring CNC/EDM equipment.
- Measuring finished parts with precision measuring instruments.
- Checking dimensions, quality, and cosmetic requirements.
- Recording production quantities and rejected parts.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
