Secondary Operations Associate (Temporary) – Hardin Valley, TN

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Assignment Length: Approximately 2 weeks

We are currently hiring Secondary Operations Associates for a temporary assignment at a busy CNC manufacturing facility in the Hardin Valley area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for short-term work in a clean manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Secondary Operations Associate, you will work at an individual workstation performing a variety of finishing tasks on machined parts, including:

• Blowing off parts to remove debris

• Clearing holes in machined parts

• Buffing and cleaning finished parts

• Installing screws and other small hardware as needed

• Inspecting parts for quality before moving them to the next stage

What to Expect

• Light-duty manufacturing work

• Repetitive tasks performed throughout the shift

• Seated or stationary workstation position

• Shop floor environment inside a CNC machine shop

• No heavy lifting required

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
