NOW HIRING: Slitter Machine Operator

Full-Time Opportunity
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00+ per hour (Based on Experience & Interview)

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term manufacturing career? We're seeking a dependable Slitter Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for candidates who take pride in producing high-quality work, can work independently, and have strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Operate slitting and converting equipment to process adhesive film products
• Load and unload large rolls of material (5+ feet in length) onto production equipment
• Measure and cut materials according to product specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and production specifications
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and handle large rolls of material safely
• Stable work history with 1–2+ years at previous employers preferred
• Professional attitude and ability to interview well

Printing Industry Experience
Compounding Experience
Extrusion Experience
Manufacturing or Production Machine Operation
