Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick and pack orders according to specific guidelines.
• Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
