Job Title: General Labor
Location: Itasca, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Various Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $17.00 Hour

Overview:
As a General Laborer, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that keep our production moving seamlessly. This includes sitting or standing for extended periods while carefully placing small parts into boxes or bags and ensuring that every package is labeled correctly. Without you, our supply chain wouldn't be as efficient. Join us in fostering a team spirit and working towards collective goals!
Required Skills:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination for precise packaging
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a labor-intensive environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a similar role or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with packaging machinery and equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in general labor or assembly roles is a plus but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods
- Must be able to adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends as needed
